The 传输绑定 Program focuses on the values and benefits of preparing African-American/Black students to transfer from the community college to a four-year university.
传输绑定 is open to all PCC students, but is specifically geared toward the successful enrollment and support of the African-American/Black student population.

How We Can Help

Get paired and guided by one of our transfer advisors to take the steps toward preparing and applying for transfer to a four year university!

Work with a transfer counselor to ensure all prerequisites, education plans, courses, and further academic related steps are completed!

Get paired with a transfer mentor to encourage and assist you in understanding the transition, resources available to you, as well as the student experience.

传输绑定 introduces students to cross-system college activities and programs such as HBCU Tours, the CCC HBCU Agreement, HBCU Caravan, UCLA CCCP Program, and ADT for CSU transfer!
